Hi Guys,
My name is Arad Raichel. I am 36 years old and live in Hawaii with my husband and two (full on) boys.
I have always loved the ocean, beach life, dancing, and beach paddle ball. Wherever I have traveled in the world, I have sought to integrate the coastal life with my desire to start a business and be independent.
It started in my 20’s when I opened Larika de Arad, a Café Restaurant in Morro de São Paulo, a magical island in northern Brazil. I ran it for 3 years and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I left Brazil to open a bistro bar in a coastal town in Israel, but after I became a mother,I realized I needed to look to invest my passion away from the demanding world of bars and restaurants.
As I searched, I drifted into the world of jewelry design and the connection was immediate. Today, living in Hawaii, another magical island, the ocean gives me daily inspiration, making it possible to create unique handmade jewelry.
